A few months ago, while lost in the city (as usual) Christine & I stumbled across the lovely Artisserie Chocolate Cafe located on 18th Street in downtown Philadelphia. We were so lucky to have found this cafe. The treats are delicious and will definitely fill your sweet tooth! We each opted for the red velvet cupcakes. There is a large selection and I can't forget to mention the prices are extremely reasonable which is something Christine & I both look for being struggling college students, aha! I suggest you all pay a visit if you ever get a chance!
