 First off, I must apologize for our lack of continuous posting. The second semester of school has recently begun, and Christine and I both have extremely hectic schedules. Balancing our studies and the blog is definitely a task!! Today, Mother Nature hit the city with a blast of heavy snow ( I believe it is hailing as I type). Luckily for Christine her classes were canceled. As for me, I reluctantly dragged myself to school but my third and final class of the day was canceled by the professor. I believe there will be no classes tomorrow as well as this wild weather continues through the night. 

 

 

  Hopefully, if your area was hit with tons of snow 

you guys were blessed with a SNOW DAY 

and got to stay in bed and relax!

Just a few photos from our casual day out yesterday . We had plans of light shopping at a few of our favorite spots but the winter chill got the best of us and we ended our shopping a little earlier than expected . We did however make time to visit Milk & Honey ( see our first post about this great market here). The atmosphere is always so inviting and the fact that it`s all locally grown products and vendors makes it even better!



The photos were taken with a "toy cam" lens app , which gives them the effect shown . We`ve been thinking about different cameras we want to order to take different variations of photos for the blog and other projects, and this is one of them . I(Christine) am also supposed to be taking a photography class during this semester, so we`ll see how that goes. Look forward (or not lol ) to more posts with different series of random photos as we play around with the various forms.
